1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using KingFeed ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

KingFeed is a tool that assists users in scheduling and publishing content to third-party social media platforms via those platforms' APIs and/or your own credentials. KingFeed is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the third-party platforms it integrates with.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate the terms of service of any third-party platform, including but not limited to prohibited automation.
  • Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Distribute malware, phishing, spam, or attempt to compromise the Service.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or any technical restrictions.

5. Third-Party Platforms

You are solely responsible for compliance with each third-party platform's terms and applicable laws. KingFeed may disable or restrict any integration at any time, including where required for compliance with a third-party's ToS.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant KingFeed a limited, revocable license to store and process that content solely to provide the Service (including forwarding it to the platforms you designate).

7. Fees & Subscriptions

Paid tiers may be introduced. Where applicable, prices, limits, and renewal terms will be disclosed prior to purchase.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, non-payment, legal obligations, or extended inactivity. You may delete your account at any time from settings.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT POSTS WILL SUCCEED, THAT THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE, OR THAT DATA WILL NOT BE LOST.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL AUTOSOCIAL, ITS OWNERS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold KingFeed harmless from any claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
